    This product promotes paint adhesion to all flexible or rigid automotive surfaces, including tough plastics like polypropylene and thermoplastic olefin, fiberglass, aluminum, glass, chrome, vinyl, galvanized metal and painted surfaces.  Also, allows multiple surfaces to be painted with a consistent, smooth and durable finish.  Promotes flexibility when added to basecoats and primers.
