    for sale is a good used OMC ( Johnson and Evinrude ) PULL / REWIND STARTER .. Fits 9.9 hp and 15 hp motrs from 1979 to 1992. The teeth on the pinion gear have very little wear. The rope pulls out and retracts as it should.
