DIRECTIONS
To use warm
Put on a clean, dry plate first. Then microwave on high for 1 min and 30 seconds the very first time you use this wrap.
If not hot enough, increase heating time gradually (in 30 sec increments) to max heating time of 3:30.
Cool to room temp between cycles. Do not overheat. Do not increase heating time by more than 30 sec.
To use cool
Place in large ziplock bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.
Expect gentle cooling for 5-10 min per freezing cycle. This wrap is designed to be used primarily as a heating pad.
IMPORTANT
Never microwave without a plate!
If the wrap comes in contact with any oil or food, the fabric will burn.
Do not overheat. Read and follow all directions.
The microwave carousel must be on and spinning throughout the heating cycle.
Care: spot clean only. Do not submerge wrap in water.
