ow to Use
Simply slide the sleeve right onto your treatment area and adjust for comfort.
It will stay in place, no more ice packs or straps that are difficult to get on.
Always slide your sleeve on with the wide end at the top.
Cold Therapy
Place the sleeve flat in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours and wipe off the moisture before use.
Put it into a sealed plastic bag when place in freezer to prevent it from getting wet or absorbing outside smells

Therapy
Heat the sleeve for 15 seconds in microwave. If the sleeve is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds.
DO NOT heat for more than 45 seconds. Do not warm the sleeve overheat.
Sleeve MUST remain at the room temperature before heated in microwave
Note
Use the compression sleeve for 20-25 minutes. NEVER apply cold / hot therapy for more than 30 minutes at a time!
Note
Compression sleeve will stay cold or hot for recommended amount of time to safely use hot/cold therapy without worrying about tissue damage or burning.
If your sleeve is too small, the gel will be stretched too thin causing it to loose cold therapy faster than expected. To ensure proper cold or hot therapy, we recommend going for larger size if you are on the borderline between two sizes.
Warnings
Wipe down with a damp cloth and air dry.
Always monitor sleeve while heating in microwave.
After heating application, allow sleeve to dry fully before putting it into bag.
Sleeve will absorb water. If sleeve becomes damp, allow to air dry.
Do not place sleeve in dryer.
Do not apply to infected skin or open wounds without medical consultation.
Do not apply sleeve if gel are visible.
When not in use, store sleeve in bag.
