I originally purchased this because I had planned on training my purebred German Shepherd (at the time, a puppy) to be a Personal Protection Dog.  However, now that he's grown up (an adult dog), I realized that he doesn't really have it in him.  His trainers told me that he didn't have the right temperament.  His trainers labeled him: "not suitable for Personal Protection Dog training" because he was: "too friendly to strangers."
